Brad and Brandee got married on a glorious day at a private estate called The Moloaa Shangri-la on the beautiful island of Kauai.   Words can not begin to describe how exotic and heavenly this place is.  It reminded of a real life Jungle Book story.  Situated in the center of this paradise is a two-story bungalow furnished with ornate antiques and artifacts from all over the world.  It was just a perfect setting for a getaway from the monotonous city life.  Their ceremony was certainly a very emotional one.  They were surrounded by families and really close friends.  And the bridal party...they were a riot.  That's more than a wedding photographer could ever ask for.  I am forever grateful for giving me the opportunity to have this unforgettable experience.  I felt so privileged to be there to witness your special day and not to mention being on the island itself brought a great sense of tranquility.

Big fan of your work, and a regular stalker of your blog...and I agree, these are some of your best yet!

Trisha and John had a FAB wedding at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center in Palos Verdes.  Our crew had a rocking time as always.  Trisha is ever so beautiful, goofy and funny.  She is the type of girl that is so comfortable at making fun of herself.  John is equally laid back and charming.  I especially felt a bond with them since after we spent some time together shooting their engagement session back in December of 08.  Everything went really well under the coordination of Kristeen LaBrot Events.  Trisha and John...it is always my pleasure being around you guys.  Take care.

YO! Y'all are amazing. Thank you so much for blending in with us and becoming part of the fun while at the same time capturing not only the look but the feel of the wedding. This weekend will always be an incredible memory but now we can relive it through masterfully composed pictures that are more art than photography. I only wish you could come out to Washington DC for my wedding some day. Cheers...

hi Jason
I have been checking out your blog for sometime now, and all I have to say is that you ROCK!
Really admire how you are able to capture the 'moment', especially love the way you "frame" the shot sometimes! Great work and big hands to ya!

July 15, 2009 Out of Town
I will be out of the office from July 15-22.  I have a wedding in Kauai, therefore, will be taking a few extra days with my family while I am there.  I will try to check emails and return phone calls whenever I can.  Thank you.

Wow Jason...what great photos.....we make the brides beautiful and you take it from there and create the entire feeling making her shine...www.designvisage.com

Ever pondered upon a word that you may see or hear everyday and forget what it all means? Well for me as a photographer, it's the word monochromatic.  And I quote "monochrome is a word which has been derived from Greek. It has been derived with the combination of two Greek words. The former part that is mono means single or one and the latter comes from chroma which means either the surface or the color of the skin. An object which is monochromatic has only one color."  A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of witnessing two distinguished individuals who shares an undeniable singular connection with one another.  They had a beautiful ceremony at the Los Angeles River Center and Garden attended by their families and friends.  The day went so incredibly well, the food were so delicious, and the toasts were just rolling-on-the-floor hilarious.  So for this special post, I want to revisit Giselle and Ted's wedding day in monochromatic fashion.
