I was so blessed to be a part of Kristen and Scott beautiful wedding.  We had an instant connection and a mutual respect from the get-go since Kristen (an incredibly talented artist and art teacher) and Scott (an accomplished art director) are very creative individuals...not to mention super good lookin'.  Kristen and Scott had a beautiful wedding ceremony at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Laguna Beach among their loving family and friends.  Their reception took place at El Niguel Country Club, Laguna Niguel.  They even had a special guest Nick Urata from an acclaimed indie band called Devotchka to sing their first-dance song.  You see Scott took Kristen to see this band played a few months into dating five years ago and they both said we would dance to that song at their wedding one day.  Needless to say, it finally happened.  There were so many great images that it was so hard to me to narrow them down to a few.  So grab a seat and get ready for a long teaser.  Thank you to the wonderful and talented Sarah K Chen for coming out to second shoot with me.  I would also like to take this opportunity to thanks Kristen's and Scott's family for being so gracious and accommodating.

September 22, 2008 Sae Hee + Bobby 09.01.08
SaeHee and Bobby couldn't have picked a better day to be married.  Their beautiful ceremony took place at the Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes.  Afterward, family and guests were shuttle back to the Ayres Hotel in Hawthorne for their equally gorgeous reception.  Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

September 9, 2008 Intersections
Life is full of these.  How we choose which turns to take make us who we are.  An image taken of my wife Lynn at the airport terminal on our way to Cabo San Lucas.  This image also reminds me of a movie called 2046 by director Kar Wai Wong.  The eye candies in this movie is so superbly crafted  by none other than world-renowed cinematographer Christopher Doyle.  His useage of light and shadow is amazing.  If you're a photographer, you have got to add this one to your collection.
